All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 1:30 PM PST are often shipped the same day.

We primarily ship with USPS and FedEx


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary once your order is in transit.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
We offer free shipping on orders over $125.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Some deliveries may include photo confirmation upon arrival.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your order shows as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, scents, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items
All sale items, gift cards, hats and select limited releases are final sale.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
