Returns & Exchanges
At Keep Going, Mija™, we create in small batches with intention. Because of that, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.
Store Credit Policy
We accept returns for store credit only on U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at hola@keepgoingmija.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or scent
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked Sale or Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Giveaway items
- Any item noted as non-returnable
Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- You may:
- Purchase a prepaid return label, or
- Ship using your preferred carrier after receiving return authorization
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We allow a few extra days for transit time—we not monsters—but returns must be initiated within the 14-day window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hola@keepgoingmija.com so we can make it right.
Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card.
